Job Summary
Greet and service members with individualized massage therapy treatments tailored to their specific needs and expectations. Design personalized sessions and suggest recurring schedules while educating clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and benefits. Maintain the professional atmosphere by ensuring cleanliness and promoting repeat business through expert muscle analysis and maintenance regimens. Build and maintain relationships with clients and other departments to enhance the overall fitness experience. Remain current on industry certifications and trends while calculating commissions and discounts. This role offers a weekly minimum wage plus commissions between 35% and 70%, with benefits including a fully subsidized membership, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Massage Therapy License
- Ability to perform all types of massage therapy services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
- Knowledge of basic PC operating
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of massage experience in a professional environment
- Knowledge of body treatments
- Experience with Salon Biz Pay
