Massage Therapist - Part Time

Job Summary
Administer professional massage services to members and guests, performing numerous modalities and adjusting delivery to address individual needs. Deliver on-site chair massage in a corporate setting, including incidental travel, setup, and teardown, alongside spa-like environments within the fitness center. Maintain general understanding of body treatments and demonstrate willingness to learn provided products and services. Function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team while supporting department-wide events and strategies. This commission-only, part-time role (10 hours/week) requires a Colorado Massage Therapy License, current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, and at least two years of massage therapy experience.
Required Qualifications
- Massage Therapy License for the state of Colorado
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute
- 2+ years of massage therapy experience
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems
- Experience in sports massage techniques
- Good communication skills; listening and verbal
- Part-time role (10 hours/week)
- Corporate client site in Boulder, Colorado
- Willingness and ability to learn the products and services provided
- Willingness and capability to deliver on site chair massage in a corporate setting
- Willingness and capability to deliver massage therapy services in a spa like environment within a fitness center
- Willingness to function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team
- Willingness to support department wide events and strategies
