Job Summary
Provide superior service to internal and external customers by delivering high-quality Swedish and therapeutic massage services in a relaxing, professional manner. Meet guest expectations while offering hydrotherapy treatments and various body treatments. Work the spa's Wednesday through Sunday schedule from 9am to 6pm, with full weekend availability preferred. Maintain all appropriate licenses and certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations, including obtaining an Indiana Massage Therapist License.
Required Qualifications
- Indiana State Certification
- Must have/obtain an Indiana Massage Therapist License
- Must be able to provide Swedish and Therapeutic Massage services
- Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to provide all necessary licensing and insurance documentation
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Full weekend availability (Friday-Sunday)
Desired Qualifications
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Massage License and familiarity with various body treatments
- Knowledge of hydrotherapy
- Basic computer knowledge
