Job Summary
Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products and perform body treatments with scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy. Assess guest needs and contraindications, maintain current techniques, escort guests to treatment rooms, arrange work areas, promote spa services and retail, and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout shifts. Maintain licensure as required by regional regulations, follow Marriott SOPs for guest conduct, and uphold professional appearance and confidentiality while delivering high-quality customer service in a spa environment.
Required Qualifications
- License or Certification: State or Regional Massage License
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience
