Job Summary
Greet and service members with individualized massage therapy tailored to their specific needs and expectations. Design sessions around guest requirements, suggest recurring schedules, and educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments. Maintain the professional atmosphere by ensuring cleanliness and serving as an expert in muscle and body analysis. Build personalized relationships with clients to promote repeat business and support the broader fitness programs. Requires a Massage Therapy License, high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Paid via commissions between 35% and 70% plus applicable minimum wage.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Massage Therapy License
- Ability to perform all types of massage therapy services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
- Knowledge of basic PC operating
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of massage experience in a professional environment
- Knowledge of body treatments
- Experience with Salon Biz Pay
