Job Summary
Greet and service members with individualized massage therapy and treatments tailored to their specific needs and expectations. Design sessions around guest requirements and suggest recurring schedules while educating clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and benefits. Maintain the professional atmosphere and cleanliness of the club, serve as an expert in muscle and body analysis, and promote repeat business through personalized relationships. Remain current on industry certifications and trends. This role supports Life Time's mission to enhance the guest fitness experience and improve overall well-being within its comprehensive ecosystem of athletic country clubs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Massage Therapy License
- Ability to perform all types of massage therapy services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
- Knowledge of basic PC operating
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of massage experience in a professional environment
- Knowledge of body treatments
- Experience with Salon Biz Pay
