Job Summary
Greet and service members with individualized massage therapy tailored to their specific needs and expectations. Design sessions around guest requirements, suggest recurring schedules, and educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments. Build personalized relationships with clients while maintaining the club's appearance and cleanliness. Serve as an expert in muscle and body analysis, promote massage services to encourage repeat business, and remain current on industry certifications and trends. Perform all types of massage treatments while standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Maintain a professional atmosphere within the comprehensive ecosystem of over 160 athletic country clubs dedicated to holistic well-being.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Massage Therapy License
- Ability to perform all types of massage therapy services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
- Knowledge of basic PC operating
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of massage experience in a professional environment
- Knowledge of body treatments
- Experience with Salon Biz
