Job Summary
Greet and service members with individualized massage therapy tailored to their specific needs and expectations. Design sessions around guest requirements, suggest recurring schedules, and educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products and treatments. Maintain the facility's appearance and cleanliness while building personalized relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Remain current on industry certifications and trends, and promote massage services to enhance the overall fitness experience. This role supports the comprehensive well-being ecosystem at Life Time, which offers over 160 athletic country clubs and services for all ages.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Massage Therapy License
- Ability to perform all types of massage therapy services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
- Knowledge of basic PC operating
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of massage experience in a professional environment
- Knowledge of body treatments
- Experience with Salon Biz
