Job Summary
Greet and service members with individualized massage therapy tailored to their specific needs and expectations. Design personalized sessions and suggest recurring schedules while educating clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments. Maintain the professional appearance and cleanliness of the facility, promote massage services to encourage repeat business, and build relationships with other departments. Remain current on industry certifications and trends. This role offers a weekly minimum wage plus commissions between 35% and 70%, with benefits including a fully subsidized membership, 401(k) match, and comprehensive health coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Massage Therapy License
- Ability to perform all types of massage therapy services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
- Knowledge of basic PC operating
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of massage experience in a professional environment
- Knowledge of body treatments
- Experience with Salon Biz Pay
