Job Summary
Greet and service members with individualized massage therapy treatments tailored to their specific needs and expectations. Design sessions around guest requirements, suggest recurring schedules, and educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products and services. Maintain the facility's appearance and cleanliness while building personalized relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Remain current on industry certifications and trends. High School Diploma or GED required with a Massage Therapy License. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform calculations for discounts and commissions. Life Time offers a comprehensive ecosystem supporting well-being across 160 athletic country clubs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Massage Therapy License
- Ability to perform all types of massage therapy services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
- Knowledge of basic PC operating
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of massage experience in a professional environment
- Knowledge of body treatments
- Experience with Salon Biz
