Greets and services members with individualized massage therapy tailored to specific needs and expectations. Designs sessions around guest requirements, suggests recurring schedules, and builds personalized relationships to encourage repeat business. Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, maintains facility cleanliness, and promotes services while remaining current on industry certifications. Requires a Massage Therapy License, high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Life Time supports a comprehensive ecosystem of well-being across 160 athletic country clubs, empowering guests to live happier, healthier lives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Massage Therapy License
- Ability to perform all types of massage therapy services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
- Knowledge of basic PC operating
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of massage experience in a professional environment
- Knowledge of body treatments
- Experience with Salon Biz
