Job Summary
Greet and service members with individualized massage therapy treatments tailored to their specific needs and expectations. Design sessions around guest requirements, suggest recurring schedules, and educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments. Maintain the facility's appearance and cleanliness while building personalized relationships with clients to promote repeat business. Remain current on industry certifications and trends. This role offers a weekly minimum wage plus commissions between 35% and 70% based on productivity, with access to subsidized memberships and a fully inclusive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Massage Therapy License
- Ability to perform all types of massage therapy services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
- Knowledge of basic PC operating
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of massage experience in a professional environment
- Knowledge of body treatments
- Experience with Salon Biz Pay
