Job Summary
Greets and services members with individualized massage therapy tailored to client needs and expectations. Designs sessions around specific guest requirements and suggests recurring schedules to enhance the fitness experience. Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Builds relationships with other departments and promotes repeat business through personalized muscle and body analysis. Maintains facility appearance and cleanliness, remains current on industry certifications and trends, and calculates figures such as discounts and commissions. Requires a Massage Therapy License, high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Massage Therapy License
- Ability to perform all types of massage therapy services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
- Knowledge of basic PC operating
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of massage experience in a professional environment
- Knowledge of body treatments
- Experience with Salon Biz
