Job Summary
Provide therapeutic massage to clients using a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Swedish, Deep Tissue, stretching techniques, etc.) and maintain an orderly treatment room. Positions include Full- and Part-Time opportunities; must hold and present California massage license/certification, with W-2 employment status. Compensation includes base pay with commissions and tips; bonuses available based on performance and guest requests. Requires steady schedule with at least two shifts per week (including at least one weekend shift) and the ability to stand and work for extended periods. No mandatory sales goals; strong client-care focus and teamwork emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Massage Therapist in California
- Ability to present license during interview
- Availability for at least two shifts per week (one PM and one weekend)
- Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities
