Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest interactions and professional massage/spa treatments in a luxury hotel spa. Perform all Keswick Hall Spa treatments per protocol, ensure guest comfort, practice proper draping, identify muscular symptoms, prescribe homecare as appropriate, and communicate effectively in English with guests and staff. Collaborate with spa team, multitask, stay organized, listen actively, and adhere to protocol; duties may include other tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate of completion from a state or nationally certified school of massage indicating a minimum of 500 hours of training in a state approved massage training program.
- Current and active Virginia State Massage License.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Massage Therapist.
- Advanced knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Understanding of the theory, contraindications and benefits of massage and body treatments.
