Massage Therapist (Housing Available)

Job Summary
Deliver high-quality massage therapy and body conditioning services to members and guests, including therapeutic, remedial, and sports modalities. Conduct in-depth health interviews, assess soft tissue conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans while maintaining client confidentiality. Prepare treatment rooms, blend oils, and manage treatment records for invoicing. Accompany clients to and from rooms, greet guests warmly, and address concerns promptly. Maintain a clean, organized environment by cleaning equipment between appointments, taking soiled laundry, and performing daily vacuuming and weekly mopping. Work variable or irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and split shifts, with the ability to work outside in adverse weather. Arrive prepared at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointments.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active Massage Therapist license for the State of Montana
- 6 months' work experience as a massage therapist
- First Aid and CPR/Defibrillator training or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment
- Must be able to pass employment background check and motor vehicle record checks
- Must possess valid driver's license in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana
- Must be insurable under the company's auto insurance company
- Must be able to work variable schedule or irregular hours to include last-minute scheduling needs/changes and working split shifts based on needs of the Clubs operations and scheduled events
- Must be able to work holidays, weekday, weekend, and evening/late evening hours as required
- Must be able to work outside in adverse weather conditions as needed and to walk on uneven ground
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to tolerate a variety of odors including massage oils and lotions
- Must be able to climb
- Must be able to balance
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to pull and push
- Must be able to kneel and bend
- Must be able to safely lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk on uneven and slippery surfaces
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience as a massage therapist in a spa or similar treatment center
- Experience in reflexology
- Prior successful employment with the Stock Farm Club in this or a related role
