Job Summary
Perform Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy massages while administering specialized body treatments like scrubs and hydrotherapy. Conduct thorough client consultations to tailor services based on health histories and preferences, ensuring a five-star luxury experience with curated sensory environments. Maintain pristine treatment rooms, adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols, and manage administrative tasks including client profiles and inventory. Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend spa products or memberships to support retention targets. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver cohesive wellness services and pursue continuing education to enhance technical proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Active State of Georgia Massage Therapy License
- Three (3) years' experience working as a massage therapist in a luxury establishment or with a luxury brand
- Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards
- Mastery of massage techniques
- Team player

- Frequent or occasional need to perform the following physical activities: reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting, and climbing
- Have frequent need to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting environment
- Constant need to perform the following physical activities: grasping, turning, finger dexterity
- Frequently needs to stand for long periods of time
- Lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs. frequently and 25 lbs. occasionally
- Vision requirements: constant need to view small print. Frequent need to see small details and things clearly beyond arms' reach
- Hearing requirements: constant need communicate with colleagues, respond to general public and converse with staff. Ability to hear fire alarms and emergency equipment
