Job Summary
Greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner while providing individualized massage therapy services that meet client needs. Initiate and maintain personalized relationships with guests, handle their questions and concerns professionally, and promote massage therapy services to encourage repeat business. Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards per law and spa policies, regularly attend training and staff meetings, and remain current on industry certifications and trends. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Applicable education, licensure and credentials to perform massage therapy
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
