Job Summary
Deliver customized sessions using Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal Massage, and Assisted Stretch Therapy techniques. Create personalized treatment plans based on client goals and educate them on stretching, self-care, and mobility benefits. Maintain accurate SOAP notes, track progress, and ensure a clean, safe treatment environment while continuing to expand skills through ongoing education. Uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics throughout all client interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Active state Massage Therapy license (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques and/or assisted stretch methods
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina to perform multiple sessions per shift
- Commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and confidentiality
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or interest in stretch therapy, assisted stretching, sports recovery, mobility work, or corrective bodywork techniques
- Passion for helping clients move better, recover faster, and feel stronger
