Job Summary
Conduct personalized therapeutic treatments tailored to each client's individual needs and wellness goals while maintaining accurate, timely session notes in accordance with state regulations. Perform client consultations, review health histories, and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Educate clients on self-care practices and wellness recommendations to support treatment outcomes. Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and professional ethics while communicating effectively with clients and team members. Earn $55,000–$65,000 per year including tips with flexible scheduling, paid CEUs, PTO, and 401(k) matching. Closed Sundays and all major holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program
- Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification
- Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio
Desired Qualifications
- Experience from private, medical massage therapy, resort spa / medical spa experience
