Job Summary
Provide massage services using props and products, including body treatments with scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy. Assess guest needs and contraindications before services, then escort guests and arrange workstations. Clean, sterilize tools, and maintain room cleanliness while monitoring time schedules. Promote spa services and retail offerings, handling inappropriate guest behavior per Marriott standards. Report accidents and injuries, complete safety training, and maintain licensure. Stand or walk extended periods and lift objects up to 10 pounds. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- State or Regional Massage License
Desired Qualifications
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience
