Massage Therapist

Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products, including body treatments with scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy. Assess guest needs and contraindications before beginning service, then escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstations, check on guest comfort and safety throughout the service, and promote spa/salon services including retail offerings. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools; maintain room cleanliness, dispose of trash, and secure supplies at shift end. Monitor time schedules, handle inappropriate guest behavior per Marriott standards, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager. Maintain current skills, licensure, and professional appearance while developing positive working relationships.
