Job Summary
Provide therapeutic and relaxation massage to clients, customizing each treatment to meet individual needs. Conduct pre- and post-treatment consultations to identify areas of pain or discomfort, educate clients, and tailor pressure and techniques accordingly. Maintain a clean, sanitary treatment environment, ensure ongoing licensing and liability insurance, and pursue appropriate retail products when suitable. Role supports prenatal massage and requires the NYS Massage Therapist license with prior experience; part-time hours at Syracuse, NY location.
Required Qualifications
- NYS Massage Therapist license, required
- 2 years prior experience preferred
