Job Summary
Deliver high-quality massage therapy services by customizing each session based on guest goals, preferences, and intake information while maintaining clear professional boundaries and sanitation protocols. Educate guests on the benefits of massage, recovery, mobility, and self-care consistency, recommending appropriate service frequency and complementary experiences within your training scope. Collaborate with the full club team to support seamless guest journeys, assist with room turnover, restocking, and laundry, and escalate any safety or service concerns appropriately. Maintain impeccable treatment room standards and build genuine, trust-based relationships with guests while representing Remedy Place's luxury hospitality environment. Weekend and holiday availability required; active massage therapy license in the state of employment essential.
Required Qualifications
- Active massage therapy license in the state of employment
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and use hands and arms for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to assist with room setup, breakdown, restocking, and laundry support
- Comfortable working in a wellness club environment with varying temperatures and sensory elements
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, spa, sports recovery, clinical massage, or a comparable guest-facing environment
