Job Summary
Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices. Effectively inform and educate guests about wellness concerns and recommend home care products from the retail selection. Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards, perform room prep and restocking, and assist with front-of-house and back-of-house cleanliness. Communicate any staff or guest occurrences requiring management attention and actively promote spa services and retail programs. Regularly attend training and staff meetings while supporting all areas of spa operation as requested by management. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule based on business needs and includes perks like free admission to Hersheypark and discounts on food and shopping.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Current license/certification/registration
- Graduation from recognized massage school
- National massage certification
- Professional image representative of the luxury day spa market
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Flexible work schedule with varying hours based on business need
- Visual ability to perform detailed work at close distances
- Regularly verbal communication of detailed information to others either by phone or in person
- Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
