Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans for members managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms while maintaining clear clinical documentation in our electronic medical record system, supported by AI-powered clinical scribe technology. Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary environment and participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations. Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulations while working independently in a remote setting. This full-time role offers a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience and includes medical, dental, vision, and paid time off benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active and verifiable license from one of the following Massachusetts licenses: LICSW, LMFT or LMHC as well as your state of residence if it is not Massachusetts
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
- Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
- Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity
- Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
