Job Summary
Provide virtual counseling for children, parents, and families. Utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, applying neurobehavioral strategies to support family functioning and child development. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure wraparound care and coordinate with clinicians to advocate for families. Must hold MA licensure as LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT (or be willing to obtain licensure before starting). Bilingual English and Portuguese is preferred. This role is part-time and remote, with compensation in the hourly range of $47.79-$59.74.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in MA
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in MA
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in MA
- Willing to obtain MA license before starting
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese preferred
