Job Summary
ISG is seeking a motivated Surveillance Investigator to conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraud and misconduct. Candidates will engage in on-site mobile surveillance, maintain professional discretion, and document findings through detailed reports while collaborating with team members. Must have insurance-related investigative experience and maintain a reliable vehicle, as travel is required. Hours may vary, necessitating flexibility, and candidates must also have a digital video camera. A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance coverage are required.
Required Qualifications
- Insurance Experience, Worker's Compensation, Auto, Liability, or similar SIU / Surveillance experience
- A reliable vehicle, computer, and cell phone
- A digital video camera with date and time stamp capability
- Proficient in web-based systems
- Ability to write detailed reports
- Ability and willingness to travel as necessary
- Ability to work independently and complete cases successfully with little supervision
- Must maintain a valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- Must provide a copy of a recent driver history report
- MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR EMPLOYEE REGISTRATION
Additional Requirements
- Need to maintain a minimum auto insurance coverage of $150,000 / $250,000
