Job Summary
Provide oversight and support for the Army Mass Transit Benefit Program (MTBP) by assisting with data gathering, compilation, analysis, and filing. Resolve participant issues directly, maintain Installation Manager data within the Transportation Incentive Program System (TIPS), and generate detailed status reports using Excel and Power Platform tools. Host monthly training sessions for participants and officials while managing day-to-day activities for assigned locations. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-10 years of federal benefits experience, GFEBS proficiency, and an Active Secret Clearance.

- Bachelor's degree
- 3-10 years of experience working with federal benefits programs
- 3-10 years of experience working with data entry
- 3-10 years of experience working with customer service
- 3-10 years of experience working with GFEBS
- 3-10 years of experience working with the Army
- Experience working with GFEBS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Visio
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with creating or generating detailed status reports
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working with vast amount of data
- Experience conducting data analysis for reporting
- Experience supporting DoD stakeholders
- Experience supporting DoD/Army Financial Management
- Active Secret Clearance
- Ability to maintain Secret Clearance throughout employment
