Develop and execute localized training programs for field scientists and sales staff, authoring technical documentation and translating global materials into Japanese. Optimize inventory, maintenance parts, and support costs to ensure stable operations and profitability. Act as the bridge between global requirements and local execution, leveraging scientific expertise to foster cross-selling opportunities and drive product success.
