Job Summary
Provide individualized fitness coaching and design/deliver tailored training sessions at Central Rock Gym; maintain a welcoming environment; assist with client bookings and rosters in Rock Gym Pro; collaborate with management to market offerings via CRG’s channels and grow your client base; promote inclusivity and support participant goals; prepare and reset training spaces and ensure equipment is clean; perform additional duties as assigned; required: flexible schedule and relevant coaching certification/experience; CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred, climbing knowledge helpful but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of teaching/coaching experience or a 200-hour certification from an accredited school/training program
