Provide individualized fitness coaching to CRG members, design and deliver tailored training sessions, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment. Assist with client bookings and rosters in Rock Gym Pro, coordinate session schedules with management, and collaborate with marketing to promote offerings via CRG’s website, social media, and in-gym channels. Self-promote to grow your client base and expand services. Prepare and reset training areas, ensure equipment is wiped down and stored properly, and perform additional duties as assigned by management. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills are essential; climbing-specific knowledge is helpful but not required.
