Job Summary
The Personal Training Instructor will provide individualized fitness coaching to members, design and deliver tailored training sessions aligned to client goals and abilities, and support scheduling and client engagement. Responsibilities include coordinating session schedules with gym management, assisting with client bookings and rosters in Rock Gym Pro, collaborating with management to market offerings via CRG’s website, social media, and in-gym channels, and fostering an inclusive, motivational environment. The role requires preparing and resetting training spaces, ensuring equipment is sanitized, and performing additional duties as assigned. A flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends is expected. Required 2+ years of teaching/coaching experience or a 200-hour certification; CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are preferred. Climbing-specific knowledge is helpful but not required.
