Job Summary
The Personal Training Instructor designs and delivers tailored coaching sessions to meet member goals, supports scheduling and client engagement, helps market CRG offerings, and maintains a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include planning and delivering training sessions aligned to client goals and ability levels, coordinating session schedules with gym management, assisting with client bookings using Rock Gym Pro, promoting services via CRG’s channels, creating an inclusive, motivating training space, preparing and resetting the training area, and performing additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of teaching/coaching experience or 200-hour certification
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, preferred
- Knowledge of current fitness methodologies and coaching best practices
- Climbing-specific knowledge is helpful but not required
