The Personal Training Instructor delivers tailored fitness sessions to members of Central Rock Gym, designing and leading individualized coaching that aligns with client goals and safety practices. Responsibilities include planning and delivering customized training, coordinating session schedules with management, assisting with client bookings in Rock Gym Pro, and marketing offerings through the gym’s website, social channels, and in-gym communications. The role emphasizes creating an inclusive, motivating environment, maintaining a clean training area, and supporting management with scheduling and program awareness. Qualifications include 2+ years of teaching/coaching experience or a 200-hour certification, knowledge of current fitness methodologies, strong communication and customer-service skills, and CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (preferred). Climbing knowledge is helpful but not required, and a flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends is expected.
