Job Summary
Plan and deliver tailored training sessions aligned to client goals and ability levels while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment. Coordinate session schedules with management, assist with client bookings in Rock Gym Pro, and prepare training areas before and after each session. Partner with leadership to market offerings across digital and in-gym channels, actively self-promoting to grow your client base. Requires flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible schedule, including potential early mornings/evenings/weekends
- 2+ years of teaching/coaching experience
- 200-hour certification from an accredited school/training program
- Knowledge of current fitness methodologies and coaching best practices
- Friendly, approachable, and client-focused demeanor
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Desired Qualifications
- Climbing-specific knowledge
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications
