Job Summary
Lead high-energy Les Mills group classes (BodyPump, Core, Pilates) at Central Rock Gym, delivering expertly programmed sessions that align with brand standards and CRG expectations. Stay current with Les Mills releases and choreography; manage class rosters and bookings, coordinate with gym management on schedules and coverage; promote classes across CRG channels and grow class attendance. Create an inclusive, motivating environment for participants of all experience levels; handle setup and breakdown of equipment; provide reliable sub coverage and contribute to a collaborative instructor team. Requires active Les Mills certification and experience teaching group fitness, with strong communication and engagement skills; flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends) and the ability to work independently. Required Qualifications
- Active Les Mills certification in BodyPump, Core, or Pilates (required)
- Experience teaching group fitness classes
