Mass Postings - Les Mills Group Exercise Instructor (BodyPump, Core, Pilates)

Lead high-energy Les Mills group fitness classes (BodyPump, Core, or Pilates) at Central Rock Gym, delivering sessions in alignment with brand standards and gym expectations. Stay current with Les Mills releases and choreography; coordinate with management on schedules and coverage; manage class rosters and bookings via Rock Gym Pro; promote classes across CRG channels and grow class attendance. Create an inclusive, motivating environment for all participants. Set up and break down equipment, maintain a clean studio, and provide reliable sub coverage to ensure consistent offerings. Must hold an active Les Mills certification, bring strong energy and clear coaching, and demonstrate excellent member engagement and communication. Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Compensation is hourly and competitive; includes complimentary CRG membership plus opportunities for paid training and ongoing development.
