Stay current with Les Mills releases and choreography; coordinate class schedules and coverage with gym management; manage class rosters and bookings through Rock Gym Pro; promote classes across CRG channels to grow attendance; create an inclusive, motivating environment for participants of all levels; set up/break down equipment and maintain a clean studio; support the instructor team with reliable sub coverage to ensure consistent offerings. Compensation is hourly and based on experience, with benefits including complimentary CRG membership and opportunities for paid training and development.
