Job Summary
Les Mills Group Exercise Instructor leads high-energy, professionally programmed classes (BodyPump, Core, or Pilates) at Central Rock Gym, delivering the Les Mills experience aligned with brand standards, coordinating with management on schedules and coverage, managing class rosters through Rock Gym Pro, and promoting classes across CRG channels. Requires active Les Mills certification, strong leadership and communication skills, reliable sub coverage, and flexible availability (early mornings/evenings/weekends). Compensation is hourly and based on experience, with benefits including complimentary CRG membership and opportunities for training and growth. The role emphasizes creating an inclusive, motivating environment, maintaining a clean studio, and helping grow class attendance across CRG locations in Atlanta and Doraville, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Active Les Mills certification in BodyPump, Core, or Pilates (required)
- Experience teaching group fitness classes
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
- Strong presence, energy, and ability to lead group classes with confidence and clarity
- Excellent communication and member engagement skills
