Responsibilities include preparing and resetting the studio, maintaining equipment, and providing dependable sub coverage as needed. Requires 2+ years of teaching experience and a 200-hour certification, plus strong communication and customer-service skills. Flexibility is needed for early mornings, evenings, and weekends; climbing knowledge is helpful but not required.
