Mass Postings - Group Exercise Instructor

Deliver high-quality group fitness classes aligned with Central Rock Gym’s standards; communicate and coordinate with management on class schedules; assist with class bookings and rosters in Rock Gym Pro; partner with management to promote classes via CRG’s website, social media, and in-gym channels; create an inclusive, positive, and motivating space for all participants; prepare and reset the studio and ensure equipment is wiped down and stored; perform additional duties as assigned and maintain dependable sub coverage; flexible schedule including potential early mornings/evenings/weekends; strong communication, organization, and customer service skills; climbing-specific knowledge is helpful but not required.
