Responsibilities include preparing and resetting the studio, ensuring equipment is cleaned and stored properly, and providing dependable sub coverage. Requires 2+ years of teaching experience and a 200-hour certification; climbing knowledge is helpful but not required. Must be flexible with early mornings/evenings/weekends and possess strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
