Job Summary
Group Exercise Instructor delivers high-quality group fitness classes aligned with Central Rock Gym’s standards, maintains a positive and inclusive member experience, coordinates class schedules, assists with bookings and rosters in Rock Gym Pro, and promotes classes via CRG channels. The role requires a 2+ year teaching background and a 200-hour certification, flexibility for early mornings/evenings/weekends, and the ability to create an engaging, motivating space while ensuring studio space and equipment are properly maintained before, during, and after sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of teaching experience
- 200-hour certification from an accredited school/training program
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant fitness advancements and teaching practices
- Climbing-specific knowledge is helpful but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Friendly, approachable, and member-focused demeanor
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Flexible schedule, including potential early mornings/evenings/weekends
