Job Summary
Group Exercise Instructor responsible for delivering high-quality group fitness classes that align with Central Rock Gym’s standards and foster an engaging, inclusive member experience. Duties include teaching classes, coordinating with management on schedules, assisting with bookings and rosters in Rock Gym Pro, promoting classes via CRG’s channels, maintaining a positive and motivating space, and ensuring studio and equipment readiness before/after sessions. Required to have 2+ years of teaching experience and a 200-hour certification; possess knowledge of current fitness practices and safety standards; excellent communication and customer service skills; flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends; climbing knowledge is a plus but not required.
Required Qualifications

- 200-hour certification from an accredited school/training program
- Knowledge of relevant fitness advancements and teaching practices (plus)
- Friendly, approachable, and member-focused demeanor
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Climbing-specific knowledge is helpful but not required
