Job Summary
Group Exercise Instructor delivers high-quality group fitness classes aligned with CRG standards, coordinates class schedules with management, assists with class bookings and rosters in Rock Gym Pro, and helps promote classes via CRG’s website, social media, and in-gym channels. Creates an inclusive, motivating space for all participants and ensures studio space and equipment are prepared and cleaned before/after sessions. Flexible schedule (early mornings/evenings/weekends) with 2+ years of teaching experience and a 200-hour certification; climbing knowledge is helpful but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of teaching experience
- 200-hour certification from an accredited school/training program
- Knowledge of relevant fitness advancements and teaching practices
- Friendly, approachable, and member-focused demeanor
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
