Mass Postings - Fitness/Yoga Instructor

Fitness/Yoga Instructor to plan and teach hourly group classes at Central Rock Gym in Worcester, MA, using provided curriculum when appropriate. Responsibilities include substituting for other group classes, creating an inclusive space for participants, and cleaning the room before/after classes. Must have a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, early mornings, holidays) and hold a 200-hour certification from an accredited Fitness/Yoga program plus 3+ years teaching experience; climbing knowledge is helpful but not required. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills are essential; self-motivation and independence preferred. Reports to the General Manager and supports an energetic, community-focused gym environment.
