Fitness/Yoga Instructor at Central Rock Gym, Boston-area location(s). Plan and teach hourly group classes using provided curriculum, substitute for other classes as needed, foster an inclusive, welcoming environment, and ensure the room is prepared and cleaned before/after classes. Requires flexible schedule including nights, weekends, early mornings, and holidays; 3+ years of teaching experience; 200-hour certification from a Fitness/Yoga accredited program; strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Climbing knowledge is helpful but not required; self-motivated and able to work independently.
