Job Summary
As a Coach, you will foster a fun and welcoming environment for youth athletes by introducing fundamentals of climbing, building a strong base, developing skills, creating a solid curriculum, and ensuring an highly-engaged CRG youth community experience; reinforce the competitive team pillars of community, grit, and growth; lead regular practices, implement training programs, communicate with coaching staff about scheduling and progress, and support athletes in competitions and youth programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of climbing experience
- Previous experience working with youth climbers
- Proficiency in lead climbing and belaying
- Strong in-person and remote communication skills
- Ability to lead practices and follow structured training programs
- Completion of SafeSport training for youth coaches
