Job Summary
As a Climbing Instructor, you’ll create a fun, inclusive, and motivating environment for climbers of all levels through private and group sessions. You’ll plan and deliver tailored instruction, coordinate class schedules and logistics, manage private bookings via Rock Gym Pro, and partner with management to promote offerings through CRG channels. You’ll foster a welcoming community, maintain a clean and safe space, and apply modern climbing instruction techniques while demonstrating strong communication and customer-service skills to help members and guests reach their goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of climbing experience with some prior teaching or coaching experience
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of modern climbing instruction methods and techniques
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in building a client base
